What This System Solves

Three Gaps.
One System.

Most athletes already have effort. Many already have coaching. What they often do not have is a precise development system that connects individual technique, physical preparation, and the people supporting their journey.

01
The Trainer Gap

A team coach has to serve the whole group. A trainer can slow down and see the individual athlete. This is where your kid’s dream gets protected, clarified, and built into work they can actually repeat.

02
The NASM Gap

Young athletes need strength, speed, balance, coordination, and control built at the right time. This system uses NASM-based progressions to develop the body behind the skill.

03
The Communication Gap

Parents invest time, money, and trust. The system makes the work easier to understand so families know what is being built, why it matters, and how it connects to the athlete’s goal.

TDSE
The Method

Technique
Builds Skill.
Skill Creates
Options.

TDSE, Technique-Driven Skill Enhancement, breaks the game into teachable techniques. Instead of hoping an athlete improves through repetition, we identify the exact action they need, teach it, test it, and build it into game pressure.

This is not random drill work. Every session has a purpose, a target, and a reason. The aim is simple: help the athlete build skills they can trust when the game speeds up.

"Clear technique. Better movement. Smarter decisions. More confidence when the game gets real."

TDSE Framework

Every move is made from smaller techniques. When athletes understand those pieces, they stop guessing and start developing with purpose.

NASM PES + CES

Age-aware strength and movement progressions that support the athlete’s body, not just their game. Built for control first, then speed, power, and repeatable performance.

InfinityFit Language System

A shared language for athletes, parents, coaches, and trainers. Everyone can see the goal, the pathway, and the reason behind the work.

The Causal Chain
Technique
A clear action taught with intention
Skill
The ability to use it under pressure
Adaptability
More ways to solve the game
Decision-Making
Clearer reads because the body is prepared
Performance
The result of technique, skill, and decision-making

The Trainer’s Role

Building
the Athlete
the Game
Demands.

A coach prepares the team to chase one shared dream. A trainer helps an athlete chase their own.

That is the difference. Your kid’s dream is the point.

Not the coach’s system. Not the team’s politics. Not who gets noticed first. The point is the young athlete in front of us, what they are trying to become, and the confidence they need to keep going.

JP is both coach and trainer, but this work is personal. Right now, he cannot coach his own daughters, so he brings that same care, patience, honesty, and standard to every athlete he trains.

Every session is built around the individual. Their movement. Their skill. Their confidence. Their dream.

Train With JP

Built Around
Your Goal.

Every athlete walks in with a different dream. Some want confidence. Some want more minutes. Some want to make a team, earn a role, or finally feel like the game is slowing down. JP starts there, then builds the training backward from what the athlete is trying to become.

In-Person Training

JP Paurini

Trainer.
Not Just a Coach.

Josh Paurini, InfinityFit Basketball

Josh "JP" Paurini is the trainer and founder of InfinityFit Basketball.

He has spent over twenty years working with athletes across basketball, strength and conditioning, and physical development, including professional-level environments in New Zealand, Vietnam, and Australasia.

He works with student athletes across New Zealand and Australasia, delivering technique, movement, strength, and game-ready development built around one thing: the athlete’s goal.

He built InfinityFit Basketball for a reason bigger than business.

He has two daughters, Miss thirteen and Miss eleven.

He wanted them to have access to the kind of development most regions never see: clear technique, proper movement, honest feedback, and adults who know how to support the journey.

Every session starts with where the athlete wants to go, then works backward from there.

The system does not stop with the athlete. JP brings parents and the people around them into the process, because when everyone understands what is being built, why it matters, and how it connects to long-term goals, development accelerates.

The online portal keeps that communication clear, specific, and ongoing.

He helps student athletes chase serious goals, and helps the people around them support that chase with clarity.

Welcome to InfinityFit Basketball.

"When the pathway is clear, the work becomes easier to trust."
